Q. How much is shipping?

Q. Why is shipping much more expensive than usual?
Unfortunately shipping for ceramics is very expensive, they're heavy and the protective packaging is bulky, I'm currently using the most low-cost and safe courier available here in Brazil (Fedex)
But you can save on shipping by ordering multiple pieces! I always recommend splitting the shipping with friends and family ;)

Q. How can I combine orders to have only one shipping?
On check out, put your first order number the notes of your new order, I will refund any excess fees as soon as I confirm both of them! (This is only possible for orders that haven't been shipped yet!)

Ceramics

Q. What are they made of?
This is usually disclaimed on each listing, but I mostly use earthenware, porcelain and white stoneware!

Q. Are they dishwasher/microwave safe?
Yes! Although handwashing is higly recommended

Q. Do you take custom orders?
I only take pet portraits commissions at the moment, ceramic is a very unpredictable and delicate art, you never know when the piece might go wrong and you'd have to start over, but I will announce customs if I ever take them!
