PRODUCTS

Most of the items are handmade, there may be slight differences in color or shape. I always seek for the best quality and put a lot of care in each piece, however, due to the nature of my items, they may have small flaws due to human touch. If you see anything that I might have missed, please do not hesitate in contacting me!

Each piece is a small art work, please treat with care. They're not meant for rough handling.

I am not responsible for any defects caused by improper handling.

COLORS

Colors may vary according to each screen, please have that on mind.
I can not guarantee that the photo you see online is 100% accurate to the real product.

Return/Exchange

All sales after shipping are final, neither refunds nor returns are possible, please make sure you're certain before you order.

GENERAL

We're not responsible for errors in addresses, names, choice of colors, etc. Please note this carefully. If your package is sent back to us due to any of these, you'll have to pay for shipping again.
Customers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may occur during shipping.

I reserve the right to refuse service any time if I feel the necessity to do so. Reasons may be due to harassment, aggressive or inappropriate behaviour, etc.
